Detox Epsom Salt Bath Review
What does Epsom salt, baking soda, and essential oils have in common? Besides being Eco-friendly efficient cleaning materials, these products are also common ingredients that are used in a detox salt bath to produce great health benefits. Such as aiding in a healthy digestion; assisting in blood circulation, healing, increases strength, and finally stamina.
Who was aware that baking soda, chemically known as Sodium bicarbonate, has the power to interact with the sodium located inside of the body to work as team in order to extract toxins out of the skin, which is humorously referred to as the bodies’ third liver.
Being a first timer to the Epsom salt detox bath I was a bit skeptical of how well this would actually turn out. I decided to stay in the bath for a minimum of 40 minutes. The first 20 minutes the body uses to extract the toxins out of the skin, and depending on what is added to the bath, the body uses the last 20 our bodies to act as selectable permeable membrane and decides to simply allow the nutrients that are located within the bath to enter back into the skin.
Although it wasn’t the most comfortable experience, due to how the ingredients cause the bodies’ heartbeat to rise through the roof in order to allow it to sweat the toxins. I may after all attempt it again, the following morning my skin was incredibly soft, and my muscles appeared more defined.
